Privacy Policy
This policy covers how Always On Pickleball (“Always On,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses information when you join the waitlist, opt into match texts, or use Ripple Fill™ session invites. It is public — no login required. We are not a corporation and we do not have an EIN. This is a product disclosure for players and for U.S. A2P 10DLC review. It is not legal advice.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
What Always On is
Always On helps people in the Phoenix–Scottsdale area complete a doubles group for a specific session. We text opted-in players when a game in their consent ring needs a seat. We do not sell a social network. We do not sell your phone number.
Information we collect
- Identity and match fit: name, home area or ZIP, drive radius, preferred format, session size, intensity, skill-band tolerance, and other answers on the intake form at https://tinyurl.com/alwaysonpbsignup
- Mobile number: the number you explicitly agree to share for Always On match SMS
- SMS traffic: YES / NO for a given session; STOP and HELP; timestamps; delivery status
- Session records: venue, time, organizer, ring, fill state, lineup names
- Optional skill display: a DUPR doubles rating if you later link DUPR through our official partner path (not required)
We do not require an app download to receive match texts.
How you opt in to SMS
You opt in by completing the Always On intake form and agreeing to share your mobile number for match SMS. You are not added to the text pool until that consent is explicit.
Message frequency varies with how often a session in your ring needs a player. You may receive up to 20 SMS messages per month, more if you organize or accept several sessions in the same month.

How we use your information
- To send session invites, one reminder, lineup confirmations, and service notices
- To honor YES / NO for that session only, and STOP as a permanent unsubscribe
- To operate Ripple Fill™ (inner circle, then wider rings, stop when the session is full)
- To diagnose delivery failures and prevent spam
Mobile information & messaging consent
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share SMS delivery data only with mobile carriers and our SMS processor (Twilio) as needed to deliver messages, process STOP/HELP, and comply with A2P 10DLC rules. That is not marketing use.
Other Always On players who have also opted in may see roster contact details only after you have opted in to the shared pool, solely so a filled session can coordinate play. Non-opted people cannot see roster phones. This in-pool coordination is not third-party or affiliate marketing.
YES, NO, STOP, HELP
- YES or NO applies to that proposed session only. NO keeps you in Always On.
- STOP to (602) 461-8333 unsubscribes you from Always On permanently.
- HELP returns a short help message and this contact email.
We never treat STOP as “sit this game out.”
Retention
We keep opt-in and STOP records as long as needed to honor your choice and to show consent if a carrier or regulator asks. Session texts that are no longer needed for fill or support may be deleted or de-identified.

- Reply NO to skip one session
- Reply STOP to leave Always On
- Email danielwray.ops@gmail.com to correct your profile or ask what we hold
Children
Always On is for adults organizing adult recreational play. We do not knowingly collect SMS consent from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we will post the new date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy, except that we will not treat an old opt-in as consent for a new kind of text.
